LifeVaults operates on a monthly subscription model:
Subscriptions are billed monthly, based on the storage tier you select.
All payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.
Users retain full ownership of their photos and videos uploaded to LifeVaults.
By uploading content, you grant LifeVaults a limited, non-exclusive right to store and process the content to deliver the services.
LifeVaults does not claim ownership over user content.
LifeVaults collects no personal information beyond account registration details.
LifeVaults cannot physically view, access, or use the content you upload.
Your data is encrypted and stored securely.
LifeVaults may integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors or cloud storage providers, to deliver our services. We are not responsible for these third-party services' performance or policies.
You agree not to:
Use the services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the LifeVaults platform.
LifeVaults may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for non-payment.
LifeVaults is not liable for any loss of content due to technical failures, user error, or unforeseen circumstances.
LifeVaults reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
