• Users retain full ownership of their photos and videos uploaded to LifeVaults.

• By uploading content, you grant LifeVaults a limited, non-exclusive right to store and process the content to deliver the services.

• LifeVaults does not claim ownership over user content.

6. Privacy and Security

• LifeVaults collects no personal information beyond account registration details.

• LifeVaults cannot physically view, access, or use the content you upload.

• Your data is encrypted and stored securely.

7. Third-Party Services

LifeVaults may integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors or cloud storage providers, to deliver our services. We are not responsible for these third-party services' performance or policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
